Please note the following details prior to filling out the Longarm Services Request Form:

All orders will be completed in the order that they arrive (First come first serve). If you have a RUSH Order, then please let us know on our request form. All Rush Orders will be billed at an additional $75 dollars.

A 50% Deposit will be required on all Longarm services prior to beginning the work.
An Estimate will be sent out with an Invoice for you to pay a deposit to begin work.
Please do not send your quilt to MY Coudre until you have paid your deposit and your order confirmed with us.
Once you have shipped your quilt to us, we will confirm upon arrival and give an estimated completion date.
Final Payment will need to be made before the finished quilt will be mailed back out to you.
Pictures of your final product will be texted or emailed for your convenience.
If you are local, then you have an option to drop off your quilt to us.
